Survey / plan

People choose their neighbors, organisers self nominate themselves, ideas are given and contributed to work on. Everything else does not need to changed. 

All people are given a survey. It asks:

Would you like to rent or buy 

Would you like to live around friends and have your own council

Yes 

No 

Note , to do so may require moving more

If someone chooses to live around friends then system and housing options as described below in city area.  If they choose not to then they can buy rent or be homeless wherever they want in the other side of city. 

Survey facilitation part 1

Survey asks people what they want to do

If it's community thing then it gets added to a feed people are subscribed to automatically and people vote on it

After that there is longer surveys  and work options , and app for things to do , etc

To facilitate what they want , but give them option just to live outside of the area and work and live as normal without support or facilitation of what they want, but within the area is that not forcing people to do things but to ask them what they want to do and giving them options and support, with a form to list things, all which are described later, 

and suggestions made for things they may like 

and creating the kind of area state that they would like with the blessing of the people that love there which could be facilitation of things to do with their friends in the church next to them all 

Upon entry people people are show and promoted a sign to fill out survey optionally, starts with:

In my ideal council area, the first job of the government should be to survey people to find people who are dedicated to ideas for your city and people, and integrate  systems for them to help.  Help them get together and work on productive and important things. So also they are friends or choose who they are group with so making things good or more interesting and dealing with problems for people like them. 

There have been so many people all throughout history with great thoughts and consciousness for humanity and community, who should be making integrating their ideas instead of writing them and being frustrated by the lack of making anything.

Ideally people would be able to choose who they live around and participate in how things are run and 

I feel it is inhumane to not have this or anyone around to participate in organising life with 

People will feel a sense of stability and community with people around, so to immediately and for ever rase their conscious and health in life. 

Organisers will be promoted for passion they have to do such things to help people. To understand principle that people will want to do such thing to fix problems and help people and create more fulfilling meaningful life, that a national government does not. 

Where people do things for money is good for necessities or to put on a show for money, that people are willing or enticed to pay for, this is not seen as a necessity.  

I meet people who think it's their meaning in life to go to work every day, but others like me who would want to organise things would see life as something to create with. 

The city should be made up thus for people to experiment with good ideas, in their own areas.
